Developed by combining practical domestic block production working conditions and mature technologies of similar equipment at home and abroad, this model complies with the development policies of China’s building materials industry for local material sourcing and solid waste recycling, featuring excellent economy, practicality and advanced performance.

Integrating hydraulic transmission and platform vibration structure, the machine is equipped with contactless proximity switches for full-process precise monitoring. The innovative double-layer feeding structure separately conveys base materials and colored facing materials, enabling automatic linkage of the whole forming process. It supports vibration pressing, dual control over product height and compactness, and delivers sufficient exciting force. With compact forming structure, the machine is easy to operate, convenient for troubleshooting and maintenance, and runs steadily and reliably. It is suitable for mass production in various small and medium-sized building materials factories.

By replacing moulds, the machine can manufacture various eco-friendly building materials, including hollow blocks, perforated bricks, standard bricks, interlocking paving bricks, S-shaped interlocking bricks, grass planting bricks and thermal insulation floor tiles. It is especially ideal for the production of high-strength concrete interlocking paving bricks.

Formed by a vertical directional balanced vibration system, finished products see greatly improved compressive and flexural strength, uniform compactness, standard dimensions and smooth, neat appearance.

It boasts strong adaptability to raw materials. Industrial solid wastes such as fly ash, slag, stone powder, sand and gravel can be used for production, meeting requirements of eco-friendly brick making. Restrictions on raw material sources are minimized, effectively cutting raw material procurement costs.

3.Scientifically Designed Vibration & Hydraulic System for Stable & Controllable Forming Effect

The machine adopts a dual-shaft balanced vibration mechanism. Two counter-rotating vibration motors cooperate with eccentric gear shafts to generate vertical directional vibration, ensuring even amplitude across the mould box, uniform material compaction, and avoiding partial looseness and uneven strength of blocks.

Vibration frequency, pre-vibration and main vibration duration are adjustable: pre-vibration lasts 1.5–3 seconds and main vibration lasts 4–6 seconds. Pressurized vibration can be applied at the final forming stage to further increase green block compactness.

The hydraulic system has a rated working pressure of 6.3 MPa with an adjustable range of 5.0–6.3 MPa. Manual directional valves precisely control the movement of each oil cylinder for easy pressure adjustment. The hydraulic station adapts to N32 and N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, with required filtering precision no less than 20 μm during oil filling. Standardized oil circuit sealing ensures stable operating oil pressure and synchronized, coordinated movement of the pressing head, mould box and feeding mechanism.

4.Modular Split Structure for Convenient Installation, Commissioning and Mould Replacement

The complete machine consists of seven independent modules: main machine, feeding trolley, facing material trolley, pallet feeder, conveyor, hydraulic station and electric control cabinet. Modules are separated for transportation from the factory. On-site assembly can be completed by alignment and splicing along the center line, supported by dedicated foundation drawings for flexible layout. Processes including mixing, feeding, forming and brick conveying do not interfere with each other.

The main frame is welded with No.12 national standard channel steel. Core components such as pressing head and mould box are made of high-toughness ductile iron, while mould cores and liners adopt heat-treated alloy steel. Wearing parts can be replaced individually to greatly reduce mould replacement costs.

When switching moulds of different specifications, operators only need to adjust the height of the feeding platform, pressing head limit and level switch. A complete mould adjustment procedure is provided. Production can be quickly resumed after no-load trial operation following mould replacement.

5.Low Supporting Requirements, Light Energy Consumption & Lower Initial Investment

The machine has a total power of only 13.75 kW, self-weight of 3,000 kg and overall dimension of 4700×3690×2500 mm. Its compact size imposes low requirements on workshop space.

To build a complete production line, only an ordinary mixer and simple belt conveyor are required, without extra complicated auxiliary equipment, lowering upfront expenditure on equipment and workshop renovation.

The forming cycle ranges from 25 to 35 seconds with sufficient output per mould operation. Standard pallet dimension is 700×550×12 mm for easy transportation. Automatic linkage of pallet feeding, material feeding and conveying reduces manual handling and labor costs of the production line, making it perfect for small-scale production of newly founded building materials enterprises.

6.Standardized Graded Maintenance System for Low Long-Term Operation Costs

Complete specifications for lubrication, inspection and maintenance are defined. Lubricant type and refilling intervals are specified for parts including guide columns, vibration boxes and sliding sleeves. Guide columns require oil replenishment every 4 hours; lubricant for guide sleeves and vibration boxes needs monthly top-up, and the stable operating oil level of vibration boxes is maintained at 40–50 mm.

Daily maintenance includes cleaning residual materials and oil stains on the machine. Weekly work covers full tightening of bolts, inspection of belt tension and electric circuits. All maintenance can be performed with basic hand tools.

Wearing parts are independently detachable without full disassembly of the main unit. Fault locations are clearly defined, and component replacement is simple, significantly shortening downtime and reducing long-term consumption costs.
