Integrated table base vibration plus upper mold auxiliary vibration transmits force evenly inside molds, avoiding loose or broken blocks. Synchronous hydraulic demolding prevents brick scratch and deformation, size tolerance ≤1mm, compressive strength meets Turkish construction standards. Variable high/low frequency adapts various raw materials, less cement consumption and higher density than single vibration machines.
