This full‑auto QT10‑15 block production line runs for an overseas customer focusing on municipal construction materials. The factory mainly produces large‑size concrete curbstone for local road infrastructure projects.

QT10‑15 features large forming table and powerful hydraulic compaction system, which is perfect for heavy‑duty thick curbstone products. Fresh‑made curb blocks show sharp edges and high density.

The whole line includes automatic pallet feeding, material distributing, vibration‑hydraulic forming and automatic stacking system. Only few operators are required for site supervision and finished pallets handling. By changing different moulds, one machine can produce curbstone, hollow blocks, pavers and other concrete products to expand product portfolio.
