QT4‑25 Semi‑Automatic Block Making Machine, Africa
Machine Model: QT4‑25 Semi‑Automatic Concrete Block Machine
Project Location: Africa
Products: Hollow concrete blocks / cement building blocks
Raw Materials: Sand, stone aggregate, cement mixture
Project Description
This QT4‑25 semi‑automatic block plant is installed for a local building‑material factory in Africa. Considering local infrastructure and operator conditions,
the semi‑auto solution was selected.
The machine adopts hydraulic pressure plus vibration compaction for block forming. Workers use manual transfer trolleys to carry fresh green blocks for
curing. Wooden pallets are recycled in production. Only simple shed‑type workshop is required for commissioning, heavy civil construction is not necessary.

Production Performance
- Produce 6 pcs standard hollow blocks per mould cycle.
- Semi‑auto working mode: machine finishes core forming work, manual labor for block transporting & stacking, controlling total investment.
- Good material adaptability: works well with local sand and stone aggregates.
- Robust mechanical structure, suitable for dusty site environment, easy maintenance and spare‑parts support.
Customer Review
The customer picked QT4‑25 for its outstanding cost‑performance. Since commissioning, the plant steadily supplies high‑quality hollow blocks for local
housing construction. Fast investment return and meets large‑volume local block market demand.
