




Empty autoclave trolleys travel to the lower part of the semi-finished product handling crane via friction wheels. Equipped with mechanical positioning devices and side jacking beams, the trolleys ensure accurate stopping position and prevent side overturning during grouping. Each autoclave trolley is fitted with positioning taper pins, which guarantee the fitting accuracy between side plates and trolleys. This ensures stable subsequent operation and accurate positioning for post-autoclave treatment, realizes controllable positioning, and facilitates full automation of production.

After carrying three sets of semi-finished products, the autoclave trolley is conveyed by friction wheels to the pre-curing shuttle car in front of the autoclave. The shuttle car is equipped with two friction wheels to deliver semi-finished products stably and uniformly into the pre-curing room for grouping preparation. The pre-curing room is equipped with steam pipelines supplied by boiler steam and residual steam from autoclaves. Fast doors are adopted to maintain indoor temperature and improve efficiency during frequent opening and closing operations.

After semi-finished products enter the autoclave, the autoclave door is closed and sealed with steam. The complete autoclave curing process includes vacuuming, temperature rising, drainage and sewage discharge (fully automatic operation with zero liquid level inside the autoclave), constant pressure, pressure supplementing, air guiding and steam exhausting. Supported by reasonable workshop length design, all trolleys can enter and exit the autoclave in one batch for rapid door closing.

A total of 8 autoclaves are configured to support simultaneous pressure rising and supplementing of multiple autoclaves, eliminating the air distribution limitation of traditional designs and improving the flexibility of overall steam supply. Exhaust windows are arranged above the autoclave doors to discharge hot steam timely after door opening. The large-capacity closed condensate water pool of the autoclave is equipped with an external exhaust pipe to prevent steam diffusion in the workshop, which avoids corrosion on the autoclave thermal insulation aluminum plates and eliminates sight obstruction and potential safety hazards caused by steam.
