


After semi-finished products are fed into the autoclave, the autoclave door is closed and fully sealed by steam, and the autoclave curing process begins. The whole procedure is fully automatic, covering vacuuming, temperature rising, drainage and sewage discharge, constant pressure holding, pressure supplementing, air guiding and steam exhausting. The drainage and sewage discharge system achieves a zero-liquid-level state inside the autoclave, ensuring standardized and efficient curing conditions.

Based on the optimized workshop length layout, all autoclave trolleys can enter and exit the autoclave in one batch to realize rapid door closing. The production line is equipped with 8 autoclaves, which support simultaneous pressure rising and pressure supplementing of multiple autoclaves. This design eliminates the steam distribution limitations of traditional equipment, greatly improves the steam allocation flexibility of the whole line, and enables efficient collaborative operation of multiple autoclaves at different working stages.

Exhaust windows are installed directly above the autoclave doors to timely discharge high-temperature steam generated after door opening. The autoclave is matched with a large-capacity closed condensate water pool equipped with an external exhaust pipe leading out of the workshop. This structure prevents steam diffusion in the factory building, avoids corrosion of the aluminum plates for autoclave thermal insulation, and eliminates sight obstruction and potential safety hazards caused by steam, ensuring a safe and clean production environment.
