Finished Product Transportation out of Autoclave

After pressure relief upon completion of autoclave curing, the autoclave door is opened. The slave trolley of the mother-child shuttle trolley behind the autoclave travels into the autoclave and hooks the curing trolley. The curing trolley is pulled out of the autoclave by the traction machine fitted on the master trolley. The trolleys exiting the autoclave are sequentially transferred by the shuttle trolley to the position beneath the finished product handling crane on the return track.

Lifting of Finished Products & Side Plate Circulation

The finished product handling crane lifts three moulds of finished products together with side plates from the curing trolley onto the side plate return track. Side plates are conveyed back by friction wheel drive, and finished products are separated by the plate separator.

Block Stacking, Offline Transfer and Strapping

After separation, blocks are conveyed by the single-mould finished product gripper to the mobile block stacking platform. Blocks are unloaded by adopting double-mould stacking and rapid offline transfer via double-mould fixtures. Pallets are automatically delivered to the block chain conveyor by the pallet station to meet the requirements of high-capacity block offline handling and strapping, and a transverse strapping machine is equipped simultaneously.

Special Working Condition for Co-production of Panels and Blocks in One Mould

When panels and blocks are produced in the same mould, the single-mould finished product gripper can separately transfer blocks to the mobile stacking platform. Afterwards, the rotary fixture stacks the blocks partially and transports them to the block chain conveyor.

Functions of Separator machine

The autoclave concrete after steam,the green body can have some certain conglutination, glass severing machine can sparate the cutted concrete block along with kerf and stacked up together,it will not damage block when packed and transported, and improve rate of finished product.

Functions of Finger Cart (pull out from autoclave)

After finishing steaming of aac blocks, the finished aac blocks with steaming cart will be automaticlly dragged out from autoclave, and ferry to the return rail, it can realize multi-rail automatic positioning.
