2. On-Site Production Operation

This project is a flagship large-scale intelligent brick production line built for super-large batch hollow block orders. Facing the huge material demand of urban commercial buildings, industrial parks and large residential supporting projects, the customer introduced the QT12-15 high-end full-automatic brick making production line. After precision installation, hydraulic parameter calibration and hollow block exclusive formula debugging, the equipment has achieved stable 24-hour uninterrupted cyclic production, becoming the core equipment to support the factory's large-volume supply capacity.

Different from medium-sized brick machines, the QT12-15 is equipped with an upgraded heavy-duty frame and high-efficiency platform vibration system, with a vibration frequency of 2800-4500r/min and adjustable frequency conversion. Matched with 21MPa stable hydraulic pressure, it realizes full and uniform filling of hollow block mold cavities. The molding cycle is stably controlled at 15-25 seconds, with extremely high single-cycle output. The hourly output of standard hollow blocks reaches 2700-2900 pieces, and the daily stable output exceeds 45,000 pieces, which far exceeds the production limit of conventional models.

The mass-produced hollow blocks have complete and regular hole structures, smooth and flat inner and outer walls, uniform overall density, and no defects such as hole deformation, wall thickness deviation and internal hollowing. The finished products have stable compressive strength and excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, fully meeting national building wall standards. The production line supports diversified solid waste proportioning, which can make full use of local low-cost waste raw materials. While ensuring 100% qualified products, it effectively reduces comprehensive production costs and realizes high-efficiency green environmental protection production.

Equipped with 80-120KN adjustable high-power vibration system and 21MPa constant-pressure hydraulic device, the vibration force can be adjusted according to raw material ratio and brick type requirements. The material filling is uniform without dead corners, effectively avoiding common quality problems such as incomplete hole forming and loose brick body in hollow block mass production. The batch consistency of finished products is excellent, and the defective rate is extremely low.

Ultra-wide raw material adaptability, prominent green cost reduction effect

The equipment has low requirements for raw materials, and can flexibly utilize various industrial solid wastes such as fly ash, slag, tailings and construction recycled aggregate for batching production. Waste materials can partially replace cement and natural aggregates. The scientific proportioning formula does not affect the structural strength and thermal insulation performance of hollow blocks, maximizing resource utilization and production profits.

Intelligent integrated control, low labor and high efficiency

The whole line adopts PLC centralized intelligent control and frequency conversion energy-saving technology. Hollow block production parameters are one-key fixed and automatically operated.
