Raw material preparation and storage section

Fly ash/tailings/gypsum/wastes are firstly shoveled into the respective hoppers by loaders, measured by belt weighing scales and transported by belt conveyor to the wet ball mill for grinding. After grinding, the slurry is transported to the mixing tank for mixing by slurry pump, and then transported to the slurry storage tank for storage by slurry pump.

Block lime is shoveled into the hopper by loader, crushed by jaw crusher and then transported by bucket elevator to the closed lime granule silo for storage, and then sent to the dry ball mill by vibrating feeder for grinding. After grinding, the powder is transported to the powdered lime silo for storage by screw conveyor and bucket elevator.

Cement is pumped into the cement silo by bulk cement trucks for storage.

The whole process of raw material preparation and transportation is equipped with perfect dust removal equipment to ensure that the environment is not polluted.

Function of Ball Mill

The ball mill finely grinds raw materials such as sand, fly ash, lime and gypsum by impact, rolling and friction of steel balls inside the cylinder. Meanwhile, it fully mixes and homogenizes different raw materials, increases the specific surface area and hydration reactivity of materials, and continuously produces slurry meeting particle size requirements. It supplies stable raw materials for subsequent batching and pouring processes, ensuring stable foaming of aerated concrete green bodies and the strength of finished products.

Function of Jaw Crusher

The jaw crusher crushes large raw materials such as limestone and sandstone through periodic extrusion and bending force of the movable jaw plate. It breaks bulk ore into medium and small particles meeting feeding requirements for the subsequent ball milling process. It removes massive hard lumps, ensures stable operation of follow-up conveying and grinding equipment, and improves the overall efficiency of the raw material preparation system.
