COMPLETE PROCESS FLOW
The prepared slurry is sent to the slurry scale through slurry pump; lime and cement are transported to the metering scale through screw conveyor; aluminum powder is made into aluminum powder suspension through aluminum powder mixer and then entered into the scale, and then sent into the high-speed pouring mixer. The mixer is poured into the empty mold box, and the whole process is fully automatic.
The poured mold box is transported by friction wheels to the brazing position, where the brazing truck inserts the mesh cage into the mold box, which is then transported by the ferry to the pre-conditioning room for maintenance. The ferry car transports the mold box to the designated position through precise positioning. After the billet reaches the cutting requirement, it is transported to the braze pulling position by the ferry car, and then the braze frame is pulled out as a whole, and then transported to the turning spreader by the friction wheel.

The aluminum powder mixer is applied in aerated concrete production to uniformly mix aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with water. Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it can realize precise aluminum powder metering and material mixing. It can stably prepare aluminum powder suspension with uniform concentration, accurately control the dosage of aerating agent, ensure stable gas generation rate and uniform pore structure of green bodies, and effectively avoid product defects such as mold collapse and uneven pore distribution.
