Project Description

The overseas customer purchased a complete QT4‑20C semi automatic block production line, including forming main machine, batching‑mixing system and pallet conveying system. Mass production starts after installation and commissioning. Various concrete products can be manufactured by replacing molds.

Production Process: Automatic batching and mixing of aggregates and cement → Material distributing(semi‑automatic host operation) → High‑frequency vibration and hydraulic compaction → Green blocks discharged with pallets → Pallet transportation and stacking → Natural curing → Finished‑goods delivery.

QT4‑20C is a semi‑automatic hydraulic block machine with sufficient forming pressure for high‑density blocks. With supporting auxiliary automatic systems, it supports continuous‑volume‑production for overseas factories.
