The packaged product is transported to the finished product yard by forklift truck.At the same time, the plate are transported to the plate conveying line,classified and stacked by sorting crane.and then pack the classified and stacked products, packaged products are transported to plate online turning machine to turn 90 degrees and transported by forklift truck to the finished product warehouse for vertical storage.The steaminfg cart returns to grouing position in the front of autoclave by traction device.
The finished-product clamp is used to grab aerated concrete finished products after autoclave curing. It integrally clamps blocks or panels on the steaming trolley, lifts and separates finished products from the trolley, and transports them to sorting and stacking areas. Featuring stable clamping performance to prevent product damage, it enables empty steaming trolleys to circulate back. It realizes automatic unloading of finished products and improves the automation degree of the production line.
After finishing steaming of aac blocks, the finished aac blocks with steaming cart will be automaticlly dragged out from autoclave, and ferry to the return rail, it can realize multi-rail automatic positioning.
