COMPLETE PROCESS FLOW

After semi-finished products are loaded into the autoclave, the autoclave door is closed and sealed by steam. Once sealing is completed, the curing process commences. The curing procedure consists of vacuuming, temperature rise, drainage and blowdown (fully automatic operation available to achieve zero liquid level inside the autoclave), constant pressure maintenance, pressure replenishment, gas diversion and steam venting.
Matching the plant layout length, the design enables one-time feeding at the autoclave inlet and one-time full discharge of all curing trolleys after curing. The autoclave door can be closed rapidly. Multiple autoclaves can perform pressure replenishment simultaneously, or some carry out pressure rise while others conduct pressure replenishment concurrently. This eliminates the gas distribution limitations found in conventional designs, improves gas supply flexibility for the whole production line, and allows multiple autoclaves to complete pressure rise and pressure replenishment at the same time.
An exhaust window is arranged directly above the autoclave door to ensure preheated steam can be timely discharged out of the workshop when the door is opened. Meanwhile, the condensate tank under the autoclave is a large-capacity sealed structure equipped with an exhaust stack leading outside the building. This prevents steam from condensate water spreading inside the plant, which would otherwise corrode the aluminum cladding for autoclave thermal insulation. It also keeps the workshop free of steam haze that impairs visibility and endangers operational safety.

The autoclave is the core pressure vessel in the aerated concrete production line, dedicated to high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing of semi-finished green bodies. In the sealed high-temperature saturated steam environment inside the autoclave, siliceous and calcareous materials of the green body trigger sufficient hydrothermal synthesis reactions to form stable high-strength crystal structures, which rapidly harden and shape the soft green body into qualified aerated concrete blocks and panels with stable performance.
Autoclave curing fully solidifies the internal pore structure of products, stably maintains the lightweight, thermal insulation and sound insulation advantages of aerated concrete, and effectively improves the product’s compressive strength, frost resistance and weather resistance. It greatly reduces later drying shrinkage, deformation and cracking, ensuring reliable dimensional accuracy and operational stability. Compared with traditional natural curing, autoclave finishing the whole curing process in a short period significantly shortens the production cycle, supports large-scale, continuous and efficient industrial production, and serves as the key equipment to guarantee stable product quality and high production efficiency.

The transfer cart is installed between the main transport track and the tracks of autoclaves. It serves as a track switching device. It carries the track and moves transversely to connect the main line with any individual autoclave track, enabling the curing trolleys to travel between the shared track and each autoclave. It transports loaded curing trolleys into autoclaves and conveys finished trolleys out after curing. One main transport line can serve multiple autoclaves via transfer carts, greatly saving investment on rails and workshop space. Meanwhile, it realizes flexible scheduling of trolleys for all autoclaves, eases traffic congestion during loading and unloading, and ensures continuous cyclic production.
