The steaming trolley is transported to the lower part of the grouping spreader through the return track, and is lifted by the grouping spreader to the steaming trolley for grouping. The waste material generated from the cutting process is transported by slurry pump to the waste mixing tank for mixing and waiting for recycling. The steam curing trolley is organized. It is transported by tractor to the grouping ferry, which is transported to the designated track in front of the kettle and grouped by the kettle tractor. After the whole kettle of semi-finished blocks and panels are grouped, they enter the scheduled autoclave through the kettle bridge trolley, and the products need to go through 8 to 12 hours of high temperature and high pressure maintenance.

The grouping spreader (semi-finished product crane) and grouping conveying mechanism work together to receive cut aerated concrete green bodies. They orderly group and lift multiple green bodies and stack them neatly onto autoclave trolleys. The equipment arranges proper spacing between green bodies to maximize the utilization of space inside the autoclave. It facilitates subsequent high-temperature and high-pressure curing inside the autoclave, improves loading efficiency of the curing section and ensures continuous operation of the whole production line.

The out-of-autoclave ferry trolley is used to transport finished aerated concrete products after autoclave curing. It steadily pulls the autoclave trolley loaded with finished blocks or panels out of the autoclave and transfers them horizontally to the finished product unloading area. It connects the autoclave and finished sorting section, realizes orderly conveying of finished products, supports the cyclic return of autoclave trolleys, and ensures continuous operation of the whole production line.
