

QT4-15 automatic concrete brick making machine is an upgraded fully automatic table vibration brick machine designed for small & medium brick factories, with outstanding core advantages as below:
The machine has excellent tolerance for solid waste. The maximum mixing ratio of fly ash can reach 70%. Slag, gangue, crushed stone, stone powder, recycled building waste and metal tailings can all be used as main raw materials to greatly cut material cost. Equipped with quick mold change structure, one host with different molds can mass-produce 390 hollow blocks, standard red bricks, eight-hole bricks, lawn pavers, permeable tiles, curbs, slope protection bricks and dozens of bricks for municipal and infrastructure projects. One machine covers multiple orders without purchasing extra brick equipment, lowering factory investment significantly.

Equipped with mature industrial PLC and HD color touch screen HMI, integrating mechanical transmission, hydraulic drive and microelectronic control. Three operation modes are available: manual for maintenance & mold replacement, single-cycle for trial production, continuous full auto for mass production. The whole feeding, pre-vibration, pressure molding, synchronous demolding and pallet conveying process runs with one key. Only one worker is required on duty to save labor cost. Vibration duration, pressure holding time and feeding stroke are visually adjustable, easy to operate for new staff with simple training.

Import original hydraulic valves and seals, contactors, relays and motors adopt top domestic standard brands. All transmission pins and synchronous shafts are fitted with wear-resistant sleeves. Complete electromechanical linkage inspection is finished before delivery. The machine runs smoothly without jamming, oil leakage or circuit faults. It is hard to damage by misoperation, stable under all-day continuous production. Maintenance is simple, and wearing parts have long service cycle, friendly for remote overseas brick plants.

Self-developed patented vibration box with pure vertical table vibration design, matched with two 5.5KW high-speed vibration motors driving bidirectional eccentric shafts synchronously. Vibration frequency reaches 5000~5500 times/min, excitation force up to 380kN. Two-stage pre-vibration + main vibration with synchronous hydraulic filling ensures full aggregate filling without voids. The tensile strength of finished blocks exceeds 15MPa steadily, with no loose, layered or hollow defects, meeting international construction material standards.

Forced synchronous connecting rod structure makes the upper head and lower mold lift and descend simultaneously. Demolding proceeds at constant slow speed without scratching green bricks. All blocks have consistent thickness with few defective products like crack or broken edges. The yield rate reaches over 98%, saving raw material loss and boosting overall production efficiency.
Only 15-20 seconds for one molding cycle, producing 4 large hollow blocks or 28 standard solid bricks each time with sufficient daily output. Automatic pallet feeding, material distributing and brick conveying reduce manual handling. Total power of the whole machine is only 28.6Kw, consuming much less electricity than similar machines with equal capacity. Fresh bricks can be cured at room temperature without steam kilns, saving high investment and operation cost of steaming equipment, lowering entry cost for small factories.

Reciprocating multi-row rakes are installed on the trolley to break piled aggregates and fill every corner of the mold box. A dust cleaning brush on the front automatically wipes residual concrete on the pressure head during movement to avoid lump affecting molding. Closed large bin reduces dust pollution, feeding thickness is adjustable to eliminate defective products caused by insufficient material.
The main frame is integrally welded with thick steel plates and stress-relieved after production, free from deformation or long-term cracking under high-frequency vibration. Thick damping rubber pads under the vibration platform buffer impact, reduce noise and protect frame, pallets and molds. It is suitable for 24-hour non-stop production of overseas brick factories all year round.

Mixed raw materials are delivered to the main bin. The mobile feeding trolley moves back and forth with rakes to distribute materials evenly and fill the mold by pre-vibration. The pressure head descends with synchronous vibration to compact aggregates. After molding, the synchronous connecting rod lifts the mold for demolding. The pallet feeder sends empty pallets to the vibration table, and finished bricks are transported out for curing.
