2. Project Site Introduction
The project is located in a semi-open brick factory with a steel structure ceiling and partial brick wall enclosure. The site adopts hardened ground, fully meeting the installation and continuous production requirements of the complete equipment. After professional installation and commissioning, the QT4-15C block forming machine has been officially put into mass production.
The production line is equipped with two sets of systems for main material mixing transportation and colorful surface material distribution, realizing double-layer distributing function for colorful pavement brick production. Raw materials are automatically transported to the main machine silo through the belt conveyor. The formed brick blanks are neatly placed on plastic pallets for curing.
