Hongfa QTseries automatic block making machines are divided into smallsize, mediumsize and largesize types according to production capacity, investment budget and factory scale. Each model adopts platform synchronous vibration hydraulic forming technology, supports various raw materials such as mine tailings, fly ash, slag, stone powder and sand. By changing molds, they can produce hollow blocks, solid bricks, colored pavers, interlocking bricks and curb stones. Customers can select suitable equipment based on daily output, available workshop area, raw material condition and total investment.

Large size Automatic Block Machine （QT10-15 / QT12-15 / QT15-15/HFY18）

QT10-15 / QT12-15 / QT15-15/HFY18 are high-output large automatic block machines for large-scale brick factories and mining-group solid-waste projects. Higher vibration force and hydraulic pressure guarantee high block density. Support to match stereo curing rack & RGV fingercar system to realize 24-hour continuous unmanned production. Daily output can reach more than 100000 standard bricks. It is suitable for customers with sufficient budget, large factory workshop and large volume waste disposal requirement.

How To Select The Right Type

1. Daily production output: Confirm target daily standardbrick output as primary selection reference.

2. Investment budget: Small model for limited budget; large model for mass production requirement.

3. Raw material condition: Medium & large models are recommended for high-proportion tailings / fly-ash raw materials.

4. Workshop space: Small machine requires less floor area; largesize line needs larger plant for matching curing racks.

5. Production requirement: If 24-hour nonstop running is needed, choose QT10-15 or above large-type machine with stereo curing system.

Complete Production Line Composition

Each type of automatic block machine can be configured with different auxiliary equipment according to customer demand.

Basic configuration: Cement silo + screw conveyor, automatic batching machine, twin-shaft compulsory mixer, block-making host, automatic stacker.
