Fly ash/tailings/gypsum/wastes are firstly shoveled into the respective hoppers by loaders, measured by belt weighing scales and transported by belt conveyor to the wet ball mill for grinding. After grinding, the slurry is transported to the mixing tank for mixing by slurry pump, and then transported to the slurry storage tank for storage by slurry pump.

Block lime is shoveled into the hopper by loader, crushed by jaw crusher and then transported by bucket elevator to the closed lime granule silo for storage, and then sent to the dry ball mill by vibrating feeder for grinding. After grinding, the powder is transported to the powdered lime silo for storage by screw conveyor and bucket elevator.Cement is pumped into the cement silo by bulk cement trucks for storage.

The whole process of raw material preparation and transportation is equipped with perfect dust removal equipment to ensure that the environment is not polluted.

Functions of Ball Mill

The wet ball mill is mainly applied to wet grinding and slurry preparation of raw materials. Supporting slurry storage equipment can store sufficient slurry to satisfy the all-day material demand of the production line. The mill can run during off-peak electricity price periods. By optimizing production time and cooperating with the slurry storage system, the overall power consumption cost can be effectively reduced.

Slurry storage tanks are used to store slurry produced in the slurry preparation section. The stored slurry meets the demand of daytime production, so the slurry preparation equipment only needs to operate during preferential electricity price periods to save electricity costs.
