Green Body Static Curing Section

Empty mould frames are transported by casting shuttle car on friction wheels. After batching and casting, the mould frames are conveyed via high-speed static curing shuttle car on friction wheels into the static curing chamber for static curing. The processes of gas generation and thickening are completed inside the curing chamber. Once reaching the required strength, the cured mould frames are transported by the high-speed static curing shuttle car to the mould frame running track, and then conveyed by friction wheels to the turnover and demoulding waiting track for subsequent turnover and demoulding.

Functions of Friction Wheels

The friction wheel drives the mould box to travel longitudinally on the track by friction between the wheel and the base of the mould box, realizing stable transportation of mould boxes between different stations. It connects ferry trolley, bar inserting, bar pulling, turnover and other procedures. With low impact during operation, it prevents vibration damage to green bodies and ensures continuous conveying of the production line.

Functions of Ferry Trolley

The ferry trolley is used for transporting mould boxes in aerated concrete production line. It horizontally transfers mould boxes among pouring station, bar inserting station, static curing room and bar pulling station. It supports accurate automatic positioning and smoothly conveys mould boxes with green bodies, connects different working procedures to ensure continuous operation of the production line and improve overall working efficiency.
