Main Block Types：Mainly produces road curbs. By changing molds, it can also produce paving bricks, permeable bricks, hollow blocks, standard bricks and other concrete products. 4 blocks can be formed per cycle. With sufficient forming pressure, finished curbs have complete edges and high compactness, widely applied in municipal roads, residential parks and road edge projects.

Raw Materials：Crushed stone, manufactured sand, stone powder and ordinary Portland cement, mixed with water in required proportion. Raw materials are easy to obtain; stone tailings can be utilized. Green bricks adopt natural curing. Steam curing system is optional to shorten curing cycle and accelerate production turnover.

Project Description

The customer purchased a complete QT4‑26 automatic block production line, including QT4‑26 forming main machine, batching & mixing system, automatic pallet elevator‑stacker and pallet conveying system. Mass production of road curbs started after installation and commissioning.

Production Process: Automatic batching and mixing of aggregates and cement → Automatic feeding and distributing → High‑frequency vibration and hydraulic pressure molding → Green bricks discharged with pallets → Multi‑layer stacking by automatic pallet elevator‑stacker → Forklift transfers stacked pallets to curing area for natural curing → Qualified finished curbs delivered for local municipal road projects.

The automatic stacking equipment greatly reduces manual handling work. Only few workers are required for inspection and pallet transfer. As an economical automatic brick machine with small footprint and reasonable investment, QT4‑26 is well‑suited for small‑and‑medium brick factories focusing on municipal curbs and paving products.
