Main Block Types：Mainly produces standard hollow blocks, 3 hollow blocks per molding cycle. Solid bricks, paving bricks and permeable bricks can be produced by changing molds. Hollow blocks feature neat dimension and complete holes, widely used for wall construction of local residential houses and workshops.

Raw Materials：Local crushed stone, river sand, stone powder mixed with ordinary Portland cement. Raw materials are locally available. Green bricks adopt natural curing taking advantage of local climate. Steam curing unit is optional for faster production turnover.

Project Description

The overseas customer purchased a complete QT3‑15 automatic block production line, including QT3‑15 main forming machine, batching & mixing system and pallet conveying system. After overseas shipment, on‑site installation and commissioning, mass production of hollow blocks started.

Production Process: Aggregates and cement batching & mixing → Automatic feeding and distributing → High‑frequency vibration plus hydraulic pressing molding → Hollow‑block green bricks discharged with pallets → Pallets transferred to open‑air yard for natural curing by forklift or workers → Cured hollow blocks stored for local building projects.
