Project Description

The overseas customer purchased a complete QT4‑20C automatic block production line, including forming main machine, batching‑mixing system and pallet conveying system. Mass production starts after installation and commissioning. Various concrete products can be manufactured by replacing molds.

Production Process: Automatic batching and mixing of aggregates and cement → Automatic material distributing → High‑frequency vibration and hydraulic compaction → Green blocks discharged with pallets → Pallet transportation and stacking → Natural curing → Finished‑goods delivery.
