2. Project Site Introduction

This new‑built brick‑making project in Africa features a full‑set QT4‑15D automated production line. All supporting facilities including cement silo, batching & mixing system and conveying equipment have been fully installed. After thorough on‑site commissioning and trial run, the whole automated production line was officially launched for production.

Raw materials are proportioned at the batching‑mixing station and delivered to the main machine silo by belt conveyor. Bricks take shape via hydraulic‑vibration compaction. Fresh green bricks are output onto pallets and moved to the curing zone by on‑site workers. Core production steps such as feeding, material distributing, pressing and brick discharging run fully automatically across the African production line. Only minimal manpower is needed for pallet transfer and auxiliary operations.

By utilizing local sand‑stone resources and industrial waste residues, the plant effectively lowers raw‑material costs. High‑quality hollow blocks produced on‑site are widely supplied to local residential building and infrastructure projects in Africa.

3. Core Equipment Advantages

① Hydraulic‑vibration integrated forming

Combined hydraulic pressure and high‑frequency vibration ensures high compaction and stable brick strength. Finished blocks have good dimensional accuracy and low reject rate, meeting large‑volume brick demand for African construction projects.

② Multi‑product production with quick mold change

Different molds enable production of hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking pavers, curb stones and grass‑planting bricks. Customers can take orders for both residential building and municipal projects, improving return on investment.

③ Wide raw‑material compatibility

Local sand, stone and cement are available as basic materials. Fly ash, slag and construction recycled aggregate can be recycled for production. Color pigments can be added for colored bricks, greatly cutting material purchase cost.

④ High‑automation complete production line

PLC intelligent control realizes automatic batching, feeding, distributing, pressing and brick output. It can work with supporting mixing plant and cement silo. Local workers can master operation after simple training.

⑤ Robust structure for harsh site conditions

Heavy‑duty frame adapts to dusty outdoor African working environment. Few wearing parts and low failure rate simplify daily maintenance.

4. Customer Evaluation

The African customer gives positive feedback on the stable performance of QT4‑15D full automated production line validated by on‑site commissioning and trial run. The line realizes mass‑volume output of hollow blocks to meet local housing construction demands. Quick mold swap allows flexible production of diverse brick types for future business expansion.

Making full use of locally‑available sand‑stone and waste residues brings substantial savings on material costs. The high‑automation configuration greatly cuts labor expenditure for the African plant. Built for tough local conditions, the machine keeps low failure frequency. On‑site African employees are capable of independent daily operation and basic maintenance. The customer recognizes QT4‑15D as a highly cost‑effective complete brick‑plant solution for small‑and‑medium brick factories across Africa.
