Production Case of QT8‑15 Automatic Hydraulic Brick Making Machine (Focus on Solid Blocks)
Project Overview
Machine Model: QT8‑15 Automatic Hydraulic Brick Making Machine
Main Product: Concrete solid blocks
Raw‑material Formula: River sand, crushed stone, stone dust and cement. Fly ash, tailings, recycled construction aggregate and other solid‑waste materials are acceptable. Non‑fired production, finished by natural curing.
Production Capacity: 8 solid blocks per mould. Molding cycle: 15‑20 seconds. Output: 11500‑13800 solid blocks within an 8‑hour shift. Pallet size: 1100×700mm. Equipped with automatic feeding, hydraulic vibration forming and auto‑discharging system to reduce labor workload.
Production‑line Configuration: QT8‑15 main forming unit, batching‑mixing system, aggregate bin, belt conveyor, hydraulic station, PLC intelligent control cabinet. Rated hydraulic pressure: 16MPa.
Project Position: Large‑scale building‑material block‑production project. High‑strength solid blocks are widely used for load‑bearing walls, boundary walls, building foundations and slope protection. Solid block is the core product; hollow blocks, porous blocks, pavers and other blocks can be produced by changing moulds.

Site Introduction
The whole production‑line layout is compact. QT8‑15 adopts integrated table‑mould high‑frequency vibration plus hydraulic pressing. For solid block production, uniform vibration ensures full compaction inside mould cavities, producing dense blocks without loose material or surface defects.
Mixed raw materials are delivered to the feeder, spread evenly into mould boxes, compacted by vibration and hydraulic pressure. Fresh‑demoulded solid blocks feature regular shape and flat surface.
New‑made wet blocks on pallets are transported to the curing yard, stacked in rows for 7‑10‑day natural curing until they reach qualified strength for delivery. 3‑4 workers are assigned for raw‑material inspection, line monitoring, pallet handling and finished‑block stacking. Solid‑block mould is permanently installed for continuous mass‑production.
Advantages for Solid‑Block Production
1. Reliable high‑quality solid blocks. Combined high‑frequency vibration and heavy‑load hydraulic pressing produces highly compacted blocks with excellent compressive strength. Flat block surface and low reject rate, suitable for load‑bearing construction.
2. High‑output for large‑scale solid‑block factories. 8 solid‑blocks per cycle provides large capacity to fulfil bulk orders from construction sites and rural housing projects.
3. Wide raw‑material adaptability to cut production cost. Local sand, stone, stone dust and industrial waste can be used directly, reducing transportation expenses.
4. Stable automatic operation for long‑time solid‑block manufacturing. Heavy‑duty frame and PLC control ensure smooth running even under long‑hour heavy‑load solid‑block production.
5. Multi‑product flexibility. Quick mould replacement enables production of hollow blocks, paving blocks and other blocks for flexible market adjustment.
Customer Feedback
After commissioning, the solid‑block qualification rate keeps above 95%. The QT8‑15 production‑line runs stably with high forming efficiency. Manufactured solid‑blocks have high compressive strength and excellent load‑bearing performance, enjoying steady demand in the local construction market. The client considers QT8‑15 a cost‑effective high‑capacity block machine perfectly suitable for large‑scale solid‑block manufacturing.
