Raw Materials ：Crushed stone, manufactured sand, stone powder and ordinary Portland cement, mixed with water in proper proportion. Raw materials are easy to source. Green bricks adopt natural curing. Steam curing equipment is optional to shorten curing time.

Project Description

The customer purchased a complete QT5‑15 automatic block production line, including QT5‑15 main forming machine, batching & mixing system, automatic pallet elevator‑stacker and pallet conveying system. Production started after installation and commissioning.

Production Process: Automatic batching & mixing of aggregates and cement → Automatic feeding and distributing → High‑frequency vibration and hydraulic pressing molding → Green bricks discharged with pallets → Automatic stacking by pallet elevator → Transfer to curing area for natural curing → Finished products for sales after curing.

The automatic stacking machine reduces manual brick handling. Only a small number of workers are needed for equipment inspection and finished‑goods transfer.
