PLC programmable controller cooperates with human‑machine touch‑screen interface. All technical parameters including pre‑vibration duration, main‑vibration time, pressing holding time and feeding cycles can be adjusted on screen. Process profiles for different brick types can be saved and recalled directly for fast product change‑over, cutting repeated debugging time. Complete electrical action interlock is implemented: pressing head and mold box cannot descend before feeding trolley fully retracts, preventing mold scraping damage from program logic level. Built‑in fault alarm displays error messages on screen under abnormal oil pressure or limit‑switch signal loss, simplifying troubleshooting. Molds are made of manganese steel material with carburizing heat‑treatment and wire‑cutting processing for high cavity precision and excellent wear resistance, ensuring regular product geometry in mass‑production. Wearing mold parts can be replaced separately instead of whole‑mold replacement to lower consumable cost.
