1. High‑efficiency Table‑vibration System for Uniform Green Block Density

QT5‑15 automatic brick making machine adopts table‑type vibration structure. Vibrators are installed under the vibration table to deliver even vibration energy to the whole mold box. Vibration parameters are adjustable via HMI touch‑screen. Operators can modify vibration duration and intensity for hollow blocks, standard bricks and paving bricks. Air bubbles inside raw mixture are fully expelled, achieving uniform material filling. It guarantees dense ribs around hollow cavities and smooth surface for paving bricks, lowering reject rate caused by uneven vibration. Complete mold sets can be replaced rapidly. Mold positioning slots simplify disassembly and positioning without complicated calibration. Operators can finish mold replacement within short time. Molds are made of wear‑resistant alloy steel. Wearing parts such as scraping plates and sealing strips can be replaced separately instead of whole mold replacement to cut consumable cost. Custom‑size molds are available to satisfy local construction and municipal requirements.

3. PLC + HMI Intelligent Control System for Safe & Simple Operation

The brick machine is equipped with PLC controller and color touch‑screen HMI. All process parameters can be set on screen, including pre‑vibration time, main‑vibration duration, pressing holding time, feeding cycles and pallet feeding interval. Parameters for different brick types can be saved and recalled directly for quick product change.
