2. On-Site Production Operation

Aiming at the structural characteristics of hollow blocks requiring uniform wall thickness and complete hole forming, the equipment adopts dual synergy of high-frequency vibration (3800-4500r/min) and high-pressure hydraulic molding. The fixed molding cycle is controlled at 15-20 seconds, with 5 standard hollow blocks formed in one mold, and the daily stable output reaches 900-1200 pieces, which perfectly meets the continuous bulk order demand of construction projects.
