2. Project Site Introduction
This is a large‑scale domestic township brick factory. After installation and commissioning, the complete QT6‑15B automatic block production line is put into mass production. Raw materials are proportioned by automatic batching station, fully mixed by forced mixer and conveyed to machine hopper by belt conveyor. Bricks are formed by composite molding of hydraulic pressing and high‑frequency vibration, including slope‑protection grass‑planting bricks and concrete hollow blocks.
Fresh bricks are automatically discharged together with pallets. Pallet feeding, material distributing, pressing and brick‑output run fully automatically. Bricks are transferred for curing. Molds can be quickly replaced according to market orders to produce both building wall blocks and municipal slope‑protection bricks. The project makes full use of solid waste such as fly ash and recycled construction aggregate to meet solid‑waste recycling policies. Finished products supply local real‑estate projects, municipal roads, garden slope‑protection and rural residential construction.
3. Core Equipment Advantages
① Hydraulic high‑frequency vibration molding for superior brick quality
High‑pressure hydraulic system cooperates with multi‑source high‑frequency vibration for even material distribution and high brick density. Hollow holes are regular; grass‑planting bricks and interlocking slope‑protection bricks keep complete shape and tight dimensional tolerance with high qualification rate, complying with domestic construction and municipal acceptance standards.
② Automatic continuous production with stable output capacity
PLC‑controlled full‑automatic cycle delivers fast rhythm and large output for large‑scale brick plants. Quick mold change supports wall blocks, slope‑protection bricks and paving tiles to satisfy diversified market orders.
③ High solid‑waste utilization for lower production cost
Wide raw‑material adaptability. Sand and stone powder serve as base materials. Fly ash, slag and recycled construction waste can be heavily mixed. Color pigments produce colored paving bricks. Re‑use industrial and construction residues to cut raw‑material cost and realize green production.
④ PLC intelligent control for user‑friendly operation
Human‑machine interface enables direct adjustment of production parameters. Built‑in fault prompt reduces manual mis‑operation. Workers can operate and monitor equipment after short‑period training.
⑤ Rigid frame for long‑time continuous operation
Thickened welded frame resists shock and vibration, supporting long‑time continuous running. Reliable hydraulic and vibration components and convenient wearing‑part replacement reduce maintenance downtime.
4. Customer Evaluation
The customer is satisfied with sufficient output and high automation of QT6‑15B production line, which reduces labor demand. One line produces building blocks and municipal slope‑protection bricks for flexible order handling. High solid‑waste mixing ratio brings obvious raw‑material cost advantages.
Stable operation guarantees qualified blocks and slope‑protection bricks for good market sales. Intelligent control system simplifies operation and fault troubleshooting. The customer regards QT6‑15B as a cost‑effective full‑automatic block‑making solution for medium‑large domestic brick factories.
