2. Project Site Introduction

This is a medium‑small local brick factory in Africa. After installation and commissioning, QT4‑26D semi‑automatic machine goes into production. Raw materials are mixed by small‑size mixer and fed into machine hopper. Bricks are formed by combined hydraulic pressing and vibration.

Multiple brick types are manufactured on‑site: hollow blocks for building walls, U‑shape channel bricks for drainage works, colored patterned tiles for public squares and residential roads. Fresh bricks on wooden pallets are manually transferred and stacked for open‑air natural curing. Workers are responsible for pallet feeding, handling and stacking.
