This QT4-15S type block making machine is manufactured by Shandong Hongfa Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., an ISO9001 certified enterprise with national credit certification. It is a fully automatic table-vibration cement brick machine specially designed for small and medium brick factories, integrating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and high-frequency vibration technology to mass-produce hollow blocks, solid bricks and other cement bricks.
Adopts compact blue steel frame with small floor area. Core components include storage hopper, distributing trolley, vibration forming host, 16MPa hydraulic station, PLC touch screen control cabinet and circulating conveying system. The whole flow from raw material feeding to finished hollow blocks & solid bricks delivery is fully automatic.Each component undertakes independent work: material storage, uniform feeding, table-vibration forming, hydraulic power supply, automatic program control and pallet circulation, supporting stable continuous production of hollow blocks and solid cement bricks.By replacing molds quickly within 30 minutes, the machine can produce hollow blocks, standard solid bricks, pavement pavers, permeable bricks and curb stones, with hollow blocks and solid bricks as core mainstream products.

Simply replace molds within 30 minutes without modifying the main machine, switching between hollow wall blocks and building solid bricks flexibly. It also supports pavers and curb stones, realizing one machine for multiple cement brick products.
Equipped with PLC touch screen auto system, all procedures including pallet feeding, distributing, vibration pressing, demoulding and conveying run automatically. The 15–20s short forming cycle ensures stable high output of solid bricks and hollow blocks, only 1–2 workers needed to save labor cost greatly.
